Refund policy

This is a clearance store. All sales are final.

Because clearance stock is limited and won't be reprinted, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. Please check the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering.

The exceptions:

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • You receive a different design to what you ordered
  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault
  • The item is damaged in transit

If any of the above applies, contact us at info@titsco.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong design. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sizing

Every product page has a size chart at the bottom showing exact width and length measurements for each size. Measurements can vary +/- 2.5cm tolerance.

If you're unsure between sizes, size up. We can't accept returns for sizing.

Refunds

If your return is approved (defect, damage, or wrong item only), we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email us at info@titsco.au.
